  1. This was the main tangible result of my work today... :-)

Fortunately (unfortunately?) but it wasn't actually the #1 thing I set out to do today.

How will I ever do better?

haha - by measuring and tracking my progress, of course!

  2. Cool dude, very powerful. At one of my former employers I kept a half sized legal pad on my desk. I would highlight those items that had been accomplished on the pre-made agenda and add anything that was accomplished outside the scope of the list. Rinse and repeat. I found that my very productive associates log their progress because.....they produce so many results it's hard to keep track of them! Plus, as in your case, sometimes you need to be reminded that you just blasted out some serious work. In this digital world, you don't get to touch your work like a carpenter would at the end of the day.

You also touched on something that I believe every entrepreneur experiences, let's call it "hungry eyes". You see the big picture and the micro details. Quantifying a days work is a difficult task especially when you are working on a dynamic foundation aiming at a moving target. I like to archive a days activities and I also like to track my ability to estimate a days worth of work! I was about to describe the system I use but that will be saved for another time haha.

Awesome message you're spreading there Sir Royster.

    1. Hey man thanks - haha

So TRUE! what you are saying about the tangible result at the end of the day - in the digital world they can sometime be invisible!

I was about to apologize about the music being so loud - but I guess I had my sound up a bunch, so now I didn't think its too bad - something I'm experimenting with...

PS - Please share/describe your system next time - buddy! I'd love to get your insight on that!

    2. Actually yeah.. the music got louder... probably because my voice got quieter as the video went on... so when I normalized it all... BAM

      Super loud (kinda) "background" music

      Measuring. Learning. Improving. Dominating.

      FFAP - keep thinking, buddy.
